What is the most valuable thing you’ve learned from your clients?

The journey toward financial freedom is more important than the destination. A balance of trusted relationships, good health, wisdom, and sacrifice are just as important as the money.

Can you share a favorite kernel of wisdom for those just starting to invest and save?

Regardless of your age, now is the time to begin saving. The concept of compounding is powerful and will help you reap the most benefit from your money.

What personal traits do you believe most positively impact your job?

Active listening, knowledge, and communication; the ability to listen to client goals and provide a plan to help them work towards their goals; and the ability to communicate this plan in a way that the client both understands and with which he or she is comfortable.

What are your personal interests and passions?

Spending time with family and golf. I’m also an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Tell us what you love about the Scarborough team.

It’s been refreshed and energized. By reinvesting resources back into our people, the system, and support, our forward-thinking owners foster an environment of teamwork. This ensures that our clients receive the highest level of service.
